Mark, planning staff, presented a completed major subdivision and replat for property in Monroe being handled by Miller Land Surveying. The project reconfigured lots to enlarge an office building lot, expand a storage-unit parcel (Chipmunk Storage) and create four additional buildable lots. Mark said the work follows sewer upgrades that previously enabled more building in the area. Commissioners moved to enter the subdivision replat into the record and the motion passed. Mark said some lots are small and could be used for single-family homes or storage units; construction of new storage foundations is already under way.
