No. 27125); and an agreement with the Village of Andover for relocation of village-owned utility facilities for the North Main Street bridge replacement over East Veil Creek in the Village of Andover (Resolution Intro. No. 27225).
The three Public Works resolutions were moved by Legislator Fanton, seconded by Legislator Demick, and passed on a roll call of 13 ayes, 2 absent. During the CHIPS item Legislator Fenton thanked Assemblyman Joe Sempulinski for helping secure the increased funding.
