The judge found notice was provided to interested parties and allowed the accounting "including any and all fees and costs." The court invited parties to the clerk's office to obtain copies of the signed order before they left the courthouse. No objections were recorded at the hearing.
The court did not require bond for this accounting and closed the matter after signing the order. The clerk will distribute the signed documentation upon request.
