Board approves several event permits; Late Night on Main hours moved earlier

Joshua Kirsch, speaking as the volunteer president of Porchfest and Late Night on Main, said the volunteer organizers moved the schedule earlier "out of respect of the street department's time and effort" so crews do not have to clean up as late. The board accepted the change and approved the add‑on.
