Brad Pease, director of engineering, told the board the lowest responsive bidder on the project (22‑ENG‑12 and 17‑SW‑15) was HS Contractors at "around $2,800,000." The board then approved the accompanying contract for the work, which covers the multiuse path roughly from 90th Street to 116th Street and a culvert replacement just north of 106th Street.
