The Laramie County School District No. 1 Board of Trustees approved a resolution authorizing district administration to issue and release warrants and to accept or reject bids and enter into contracts that do not exceed bidding thresholds prescribed by law, for the 2025–26 fiscal year period between scheduled board meetings.

The full motion read in part: "the board authorizes administration to issue and release warrants to conduct the normal business of the school district during the time between scheduled board meetings of the 2025–26 fiscal year within the budgeted amounts approved by the board, and that the superintendent of schools or designee be authorized to accept or reject bids not exceeding bidding thresholds prescribed by law..."
