Knighton said the additional advanced voting location at East Roswell Library was previously approved by council in March; the IGA formalizes Fulton County’s administration of the November election and an associated runoff. Knighton told the committee the additional voting location will cost $41,770 and that staff estimates the total cost for the election and a potential runoff at roughly $254,000, which is accounted for in the city’s 2025 budget.
