Wycliffe — The Wycliffe City Council voted to enter executive session to discuss personnel matters and other topics the meeting record identifies as confidential under federal law or state statute.
A motion was made and seconded to move into executive session “to discuss the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, or compensation of a public employee or official or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual unless the employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual requests a public hearing; or to discuss matters kept confidential by federal law, federal rules, or state statute; and to conduct negotiations with public employees concerning compensation or other terms and conditions of employment.” The motion was seconded by Councilman Bales and carried on roll call. The council then took a five-minute recess before moving into the discussion.
