TULLAHOMA, Tenn. — The City Administrator on July 14 asked the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to schedule a study session to revisit a municipal-building (city hall) report prepared by outside consultants and to provide more detailed cost and remodeling information for the board. The administrator said consultants who authored the earlier report could present greater depth and detail than staff and that the board could use an additional study session to evaluate options — including remodeling the existing structure — and move from ‘vision’ to action. The mayor and other board members discussed timing and agreed staff should arrange the meeting when the board deems appropriate. No formal vote was taken; the request was presented as a direction to staff to arrange the session and bring the consulting team back to present their findings in detail.
