The commenter said teachers should be able to concentrate on instruction and that principals should “protect your teachers, but also coach them.” He added, “Inspiration is caught, not taught,” and urged the district to make Bowling Green a place where top education graduates want to work: "Let's be sure that the first job top graduates and graduates in education, The first job they wanna come to is in Bowling Green City Schools. Make Bowling Green renowned for excellence in education."
