The City Council granted approval for three alcoholic beverage licenses during Tuesday’s regular meeting after staff reported the applicants had met licensing requirements.
Corey Holiness, revenue manager, presented three items: a consumption‑on‑premises license for Armand Enterprises LLC doing business as Sinclair at 5600 Roswell Road (applicant Gabrielle Mecha); a change of ownership license for HBM 915 ATL Perimeter LLC doing business as Homewood Suites Atlanta Perimeter at 915 Crestline Parkway (applicant Andy Chopra); and a change of ownership license for LTF Club Operations Company Inc. doing business as Lifetime at 8 Concourse Parkway (applicant Sharon Elizabeth Randall). Holiness said each applicant had met the city’s requirements and staff recommended approval.
No public comment cards were filed on any of the three items. Council members moved and seconded the approvals in separate motions; each motion passed with the council answering in the affirmative.
Licensing staff did not report investigations or conditions attached to the approvals during the meeting. Each license application will be recorded in the city’s licensing records per standard administrative procedure.
