Both motions were offered, seconded and approved by voice vote at the July 15 meeting. Board members did not request additional discussion or changes to the contract terms during the meeting.
District administrators said the contracts are recommended as part of meeting individual education program (IEP) requirements for students who need services outside the district. No additional implementation steps or funding allocations were discussed during the voting meeting; the motions passed as presented.
Board action on these items concludes the district's procurement of out-of-district services described on the agenda for the education committee.
