The commission asked communications to prepare an Eventbrite RSVP link so attendees can register and staff can track attendance. The letter will include RSVP instructions once staff finalizes the Eventbrite link.
Commissioners discussed additional event details such as theme colors and a short guest list of elected officials; a follow‑up committee will be assembled to handle logistics once the venue is confirmed. The commission asked staff to coordinate communications and outreach and to share materials for approval before distribution.
