The Rossford City Council approved special‑event permits to close streets for the Bulldogs for Bands (Bands for Bulldogs) event in August. City administration presented two special permits for road closures: one closing the street between Bergen Street and Dawgs and another closing the area in front of Elm Street and the Pocket Park, consistent with permits used for prior events. Adrienne Menarsen appeared and gave her name and address (319 Lorraine) for the record as the event representative. Council moved to approve the special permits; the motion carried on a voice roll call. The meeting record shows Councilman Heben, Councilman Owen, Councilwoman Tinney, Councilwoman Echol, Councilman Oberndorf, Councilman Toth and Councilwoman Reynolds each recorded "Aye." No public objections were recorded during the council vote.
