Staff said the monument, directional and visitor signs complied with code. The proposed wall logo exceeds standard wall‑sign square footage but the Board of Zoning Appeals granted a variance in April allowing the proposed area. Staff recommended approval with standard conditions, including obtaining an electrical permit for illuminated signage.
Xylem (Willow Creek Business Park) A sign package for Xylem at Willow Creek included a channel‑letter wall sign and small vinyl door graphics. Staff noted the application originally indicated the channel‑letter sign would be non‑illuminated, but the applicant informed staff shortly before the meeting that the sign is illuminated; staff said the change does not alter the recommendation, with the standard electrical‑permit condition added.
Action Separate motions to approve each sign package passed on voice votes; the approvals included the condition that electrical permits be obtained for illuminated signs prior to installation.
