The committee also voted to recess and act as the Dahl Memorial Clinic 501(c)(3) executive committee for those approvals. Chair Bob Dietrich said the motions passed by roll call; Janlyn Hager, Britney Cremada and Dietrich recorded “yes” votes on the items as presented.
