Brooke moved approval “subject to the recommendations of staff,” and the board voted unanimously in favor. Tom seconded; Brooke, Tom, Malcolm and the chair recorded aye votes.
Board discussion noted DPW had flagged two sewer force mains and provided a plan showing locations; staff indicated National Grid and DPW had exchanged emails and that National Grid planned to avoid trenching within the gravel roadway. The approval is contingent on implementing those staff recommendations and coordinating with DPW to avoid existing underground utilities.
The licensing office will record the staff conditions and require pre-construction coordination among National Grid, DPW and town inspectors.
