Paul Santos of Nantucket Surveyors, representing J & J ACK Holding LLC, presented the plan and said it creates three buildable lots and one roadway lot; the project is in the CN zoning district and includes a sidewalk/paved pedestrian connection from Nancy Ann Lane to the proposed roadway. Santos said the team had responded to the board's prior comments by adding street trees and the sidewalk connection and that the fire department had confirmed apparatus access and turnarounds in the packet.
