Code enforcement finds Liberty Avenue parking violation corrected; future repeat violations to be fast-tracked

The magistrate accepted the recommendation and said that any future repeat violations would be brought promptly before the magistrate for enforcement and fines of $100 per day if uncorrected.
No property representative appeared at the hearing. The magistrate ordered that if future violations occur they will be treated as repeat violations and that staff will continue to monitor the property, checking weekly and responding to complaints.
