Code enforcement presented photographs and inspection notes showing furniture, miscellaneous trash and an inoperative vehicle in the front yard at 160 Park Lane, Titusville, and the magistrate ordered the owner to remove the junk and debris by Aug. 8, 2025. The owner was not present and had not contacted the city.
Officer Flanagan testified the initial inspection took place March 19, 2025, notices were posted and mailed, and follow-up inspections in late June still showed debris and a junk vehicle on the property. The magistrate found required notice had been provided under Florida statute and city code, assessed administrative costs of $216.58, and ordered corrective action by Aug. 8. If the owner fails to comply, a $100-per-day fine will be assessed beginning Aug. 9, 2025, until the property is cleared.
The magistrate also noted that future violations of the same section would be classified as repeat violations and that a certified order may be recorded in the public records of Brevard County.
