The project replaces the existing library with a two‑story facility on the northeast quadrant of Quinn Strong Park and reconfigures park spaces, parking and site circulation to connect the library to new children’s and program gardens. According to the design presentation, the construction budget is estimated at $15.8 million with a planned bid and permitting period in January–April 2026 and an anticipated construction start in April 2026.
