The item was presented as a public hearing; no members of the public spoke during the hearing and the public comment portion was closed prior to a motion.
A motion to approve agenda item 250703, the minor subdivision replat of Lots 64 and 65 in Garrison Ridge, passed on a roll-call vote with the following recorded yes votes: Commissioner Gant; Commissioner Lemoine; Commissioner Vaughn; Commissioner Lindsey; Commissioner Smith; and Commissioner McMillan.
