City of College Place public works staff told the Utility and Transportation Advisory Commission on Aug. 14 that more than two dozen capital projects are active or in design, spanning water, sewer, stormwater, sidewalks, multiuse paths and park improvements.
Public Works staff summarized about 10–11 active construction projects and roughly 15 additional design-phase efforts, including upgrades at the wastewater treatment plant, a new million-gallon water reservoir, a drilled municipal well (Well 8) and seismic upgrades to an existing water tower.
