Council appoints Parks & Recreation board members and fills Park Facilities Development Corporation seats

North Richland Hills, Texas — The City Council voted to fill several short-term vacancies on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and the Park and Recreation Facilities Development Corporation (PRFDC), approving a resolution that passed 4-0 with two councilmembers abstaining.
