Councilmember Mel Delaney moved the first authorization regarding mad NRH LLC; Councilmember Ricky Rodriguez seconded. Councilmember Parks moved the authorization for Patriot Pig Holdings LLC; Blake seconded. Councilmember Roberts moved the authorization for 1611 North Richland Hills LLC; Rodriguez seconded. Each motion passed 6-0.
