No one appeared for the property owner at the hearing. The magistrate reduced the city's requested maximum fine but ordered $250 per day starting on the violation date until the property is brought into compliance and assessed $330 in administrative costs for city enforcement.
The magistrate instructed the city to issue an order reflecting the fines and to pursue lien recording if necessary. The city noted the site appeared worse on a follow‑up visit than during the initial inspection and reported no successful contact with the owner to address the violations.
