- Bakery and cafe zoning transfer (ordinance 205666): An ordinance to allow a bakery and cafe at 1513 Market Street was adopted with conditions requiring compliance with design review and staff report conditions. - Airport concessionaire designation (resolution 260667): The committee designated the concessionaire for alcohol sales at the La Crosse Regional Airport as an annual renewal of an existing arrangement. Motion by Council President Dickinson; second by Council member Padeschi. Vote: unanimous.
