Attorney Michael Conners, appearing for the petitioner, told the council the only outstanding issue was a “Scribner’s error” in the submitted plans: an incorrect revision date on one sheet (sheet C-2) that listed February 7 instead of the correct December 9 revision date. Conners said the error did not change any plan content; the petitioner filed a clean order and corrected pages with the clerk’s office and the law department.
After no further public comment, Councilor Kathy Anne Harris moved to close the public hearing. The council then moved to take the item from committee and voted by roll call to approve the special permit. The council recorded 14 votes in favor on the roll call noted in the record. The approved order and final plans were placed on file with the city clerk.
