Counsel said the documents are ready for the chairman’s execution and for the petitioner to obtain health-department sign-off and record the revised plat in the circuit court clerk’s office. A supervisor moved to approve the vacation and authorize the chairman to execute the instruments; the board approved the motion by voice vote.
