The board took each nomination by motion and voice vote. Emily English accepted the nomination and the board recorded a 6–0–1 tally (one abstention) in favor of her confirmation as a vice chair. Mike Biancino was confirmed in a separate voice vote with the same 6–0–1 tally. The board then confirmed Brian as vice chair, also 6–0–1. Wood accepted the nomination to continue as chair; that motion passed 6–0–1 with Wood recording an abstention.

The board chair opened the meeting and called a quorum at the start of the session. Nominations were made from the floor, seconds were recorded on the transcript, and votes were taken by voice.
