Lycoming County corrections staff presented program statistics for in‑prison reentry, GPS and alcohol monitoring services, work release, and training activities. The presenter reported 106 participants in the APL program as of July 1 (77 males, 29 females) and 59 phase‑2 and 21 phase‑3 participants; total program intakes to date were listed as 2,217.

GPS and alcohol‑monitoring services had 34 active clients: 10 on alcohol monitors, 6 on GPS, 16 on Home Guard units and 2 on SL‑3 breathalyzers; total intakes to the monitoring service were reported as 2,226. The juvenile overview showed 22 active GPS cases through GeoMonitors as of July 1.

The in‑prison reentry program reported 46 active participants as of June 30 and 63 total intakes since January 2025, seven of which occurred in June. Staff reported 32 completed ORAS assessments year‑to‑date (eight in June), 63 transitional action plans created (seven in June) and 207 program sessions completed (31 in June). The program recorded 52 participants released from incarceration since program inception and 78 total referrals, with 14 refusals and two releases before being seen; zero referrals were recorded as not meeting program criteria. For June, referrals totaled 10 and were categorized across case types (e.g., probation violations, max outs, new cases, domestic cases, contempt).

Staff also summarized trainings: report writing, restraints, returns to prison, transfers, hospital duty coverage, and expandable baton training conducted on specified dates by named staff. These items were presented for information; the board did not take formal action.
