Superintendent designates chief of staff as emergency designee; board finds compliance with succession policy

The motion was seconded and approved unanimously among members present. Following the monitoring vote, the board reviewed the policy language for Executive Limitation 2 and voted to maintain the current language for the coming year; that motion also carried unanimously. The board recorded no amendments to the executive limitation during the session.
