Committee accepts bids and approves second‑round publication for 31 remaining in‑rem parcels

For the remaining 31 parcels, the treasurer proposed a second, more aggressive round of advertising with reduced minimums and an open‑ended bidding period until all parcels are sold.
Committee members voted to accept the six successful bids and approved the second round of publication and reduced minimums for the remaining 31 parcels. Treasurer staff said published minimums and bid forms will be distributed as planned and that past property accounting for older parcels may not include complete cost tracking because those parcels were acquired before current statutory procedures were in place.
