Planner comments said the parent parcel has 100 feet of frontage and that the proposed division complies with zone standards, so no zoning relief is necessary. Board members discussed the larger residual parcel nearby and confirmed the applicant proposed no additional changes now.
Beth Andrei moved to accept the plan; Michael Farias seconded and the board approved by roll call. No public comment was recorded.
