The authority convened at 12:01 p.m. and commissioners present confirmed a quorum before taking up the item. Commissioner Fran Collier Clemens moved the item; the motion carried on the record with members indicating approval.
The decision maintains an existing traffic plan rather than imposing any new detours or lane changes. The record shows neighbors were notified in advance; no additional changes to traffic flow were described during the meeting.
The meeting adjourned at about 12:08 p.m.
