At the May 20 meeting, White Oak Borough Council accepted the treasurer's April 2025 report, approved the monthly check register and authorized several interfund transfers.
Jason Russell, delivering the finance report, presented beginning and ending balances for unrestricted and restricted accounts and detailed the check register range 51371 to 51522 totaling $661,168.17. Council approved interfund transfers totaling $83,430.28 (liquid fuels to general fund $10,154.44; solid waste to general fund $69,291.40; post retirement to general fund $3,984.44). The motions were seconded and passed by voice vote.
Council also voted to open a designated First Commonwealth Bank account for the Veterans Memorial Project and authorized the council president and borough manager to execute the required documents on behalf of the borough.
