Police commissioners vote to cancel August meetings

The board’s roll call earlier in the meeting included Commissioner Tredisi, Commissioner Fernandez, Commissioner Jackson, Mister Martinez and Commissioner Harris.
The cancellation applies to the board’s regular monthly meetings; the chair noted that board members are expected to attend any hearings or case reviews that arise while they are serving. The board adjourned the meeting at 4:40 p.m.
No statutes or ordinances were cited during the motion. The board did not place conditions on the cancellation and did not schedule any special meetings for August during the July 9 session.
