The Data Governance Committee heard July 9, 2025, that the department has amended several existing data-sharing agreements to extend timelines and add additional years of data.

Donna Hale, reporting to the committee, said two agreements with the charter school board and BASIS were amended to add two more years of data. She also reported that the agreements with MSU CCE and the Texas ECEP program were amended to extend them for 14 months and to include two additional years of data.

"Since our last meeting, there's been 2 amendments to some already existing agreements with the charter school board and BASIS. We amended it that agreement to add 2 more years of data, and then we amended, the MSU CCE and the Texas ECEP grama to extend it for 14 months and add 2 more years of data to it yet," Hale said.
