Mary Perron Boswell, a city staff member who presented the item, said Lot 6R2 will be reduced from roughly 1.89 acres to about 0.88 acres and that its building area would shrink from the previously approved 13,800 square feet to a smaller retail footprint that will require replatting and administrative detailed‑plan approval.
