DuPage County board approves multiple contracts, awards and budget adjustments including $7.07 million tech support contract

The DuPage County Board on June 1 approved a series of awarding resolutions, contract amendments and budget adjustments covering weatherization services, facilities maintenance, public‑works projects, IT support and intergovernmental highway work.

The package included multiple weatherization and HVAC contracts for the July 1, 2025–June 30, 2026 program year: awarding resolutions to Arcos Environmental Services Inc. (HSP 28‑25) for mechanical/HVAC/weatherization labor and materials — contract not to exceed $135,000; Chicago United Industries Limited (HSP 29‑25) to furnish, deliver and install ENERGY STAR appliances — contract not to exceed $238,000; Healthy Air Heating and Airing (HSP 30‑25) for mechanical/architectural weatherization labor and materials — contract not to exceed $135,000; and My Greenhouse HVAC LLC (HSP 31‑25) for similar weatherization services — contract not to exceed $135,000. Each of those motions was moved and seconded by board members and carried after voice votes.
