At its July 8 meeting the Carroll County Board of Commissioners approved a five-item consent agenda that bundled several administrative and grant items into a single vote.
Chairman Michelle Morgan presented the consent agenda, which included an agricultural conservation easement for the Casselberry application, an engagement letter for financial audit services, a fire-rescue equipment donation resolution, a hazard mitigation grant, and a transit contract renewal for fiscal year 2025-26. A commissioner moved approval and the board voted 7-0 to adopt the consent agenda.
The items were discussed at a public work session on June 26, and Chairman Morgan said the work session materials are available on the county website. The commission took no separate votes on individual consent items at the July 8 meeting; the single motion carried all five items.
