Burns stated the committee was proposing a $200,000 city commitment toward an $8,600,000 development. She also noted that Shannon Stevens, the city’s home program manager, was present for questions.
Council did not vote during the work session; the resolution was introduced for later consideration at the regular meeting. The presentation included unit counts as stated by staff; the transcript described the unit mix as “32 units, 22 bedroom, and 12 3 bedroom units,” which is inconsistent arithmetically; that discrepancy was not resolved during the work session and is included in clarifying details for verification before final action.
