The FY23 annual certification packet, presented by CVTA staff member Chet, contained signed certifications from each jurisdiction. Chet said the packet “has a signed copy from each jurisdiction of the certification” and confirmed receipt of all nine required signatures. TAC members moved and seconded the recommendation to forward the certification to the full authority for final action; the TAC handled the item by voice vote and advanced the recommendation.
