On July 8, 2025 the Scott County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing and adopted Resolution 2025‑176, approving a combined on‑ and off‑sale intoxicating liquor license for Prime Time Ventures LLC, d/b/a Country Prime Time, in Spring Lake Township.
Daniel Sliwa, liquor-license coordinator in the county customer service department, told the board all application requirements had been met and that Spring Lake Township recommended approval. Sliwa said the public notice for the hearing was published in the Minnesota Star Tribune on June 19 and that the county had received no written comments before the hearing.
Owner Jordan Hague appeared at the meeting and provided his name and address for the record. No residents spoke during the public‑comment portion, and the board closed the hearing without comment.
A motion to adopt Resolution 2025‑176 passed in open session; county staff said the license will be processed and signed after the meeting and will cover the remainder of 2025.
The board took no additional action on the matter beyond adopting the resolution.
