Agenda materials listed purchase of Tiger Dams, an award agreement to Kim Lee Horn for downtown stormwater management evaluation and construction engineering, and an authorization for construction engineering services on wastewater treatment plant chemical‑feed system improvements. Staff also noted a blanket sole‑source authorization with Central Square Technologies for integrated software products and maintenance and a lone-source recommendation for the SCADA telemetry system.
