Officials named several schools included in the scope: Brogdon Middle, Dillard Middle, Norweinn Middle, Wayne Academy, and all high schools; staff said the full list will be provided separately. Board members asked about the implementation timeline and the school-selection method; staff responded that incidents were the primary criterion and that additional schools could be added in later phases if settlement funds permit.
After questions and a second, the board approved the contract by a unanimous hand vote.
