Mayor asks LAFCO for feasibility study on reorganizing parks and rec into city control

The mayor also noted the parks district has run multi-year financial shortfalls that city staff described as cumulatively large; he said the feasibility study should be completed as soon as possible and that staff had already submitted required application materials to LAFCO.
