President Ward said the administration recommended Ryan Povich be employed by the district as dean and athletic director and the board moved to approve the recommendation.

A motion to hire Povich was made and seconded; the board then welcomed him and asked that he introduce his family. "We welcome you to South Madison. We're thrilled," President Ward said.
