The consent package was presented as items 10a(1)–10a(4) and approved by the council without abstention. The titles read into the record describe: a WYDOT memorandum of understanding in support of city YOLINK tower operations; two six‑month tower lease agreements (tower IDs USWY5028 and USWY5008) with VBS 1 Assets LLC; and authorization to accept Motorola’s proposal and enter a master services agreement for the Motorola dispatch console project.
Acting City Manager Jay Carter Napier had no additional comment when the consent agenda was called. The measures were adopted as part of the consent agenda and recorded as approved with all councilors voting aye.
City staff will proceed under the adopted authorizations; technical and procurement details will be handled through the city’s project management and vendor contracting processes.
