The commissioners approved the site plan with the condition that the stormwater amendment must be approved before the pathway is completed.
Why it matters: The change is operational and intended to reduce site erosion and maintenance issues as equipment is moved across the development. Staff recommended approval provided the applicant secures the required stormwater amendment.
